I haven't asked "Roy Moore" to step aside, my hope is that Alabama voters do not chose to elect someone who is such an extremist, someone who admits to chasing teenagers at malls when he was a 30 something year old dude.

Once a civil settlement has been agreed to by all parties, the matter is said to be closed. Unless you can show a prosecutor probable cause that a crime was committed, they are as unlikely to take your suggestion seriously as I am, stalker.
