Yes he was banned from the mall as any number of people, including at least 2 police officers have claimed. Unfortunately the record of this ban no longer exists, but you say we are to believe a manager who did not even work there at the time?
I prefer to believe the word of many Alabama citizens

As if there wasn't enough reason for this guy to be a right off before all this trashy behavior came to life. He's a doll of rightist theory, and old world thinking, to a blind, and stupid level. Why wouldn't they want him in there. I find sins are forgivable to them if they can push the agenda. The ends justify the means is the way the republicans in congress are handling Trump, and others. We've all heard them, and Trump supporters bury other with condemnation over the same, and far less. I would never sell myself out like that for anyone, let alone a lousy politician.

Looks like the reason for the records not existing, is because it never occurred.
