Many years ago, I was the supervisor over a material cutting department.
The department was responsible for cutting the material the other departments needed, to complete the daily work load.
I hired a young black man, who I had known for a while, over the objections of some other people.
Their objection had to do with the young mans older brothers.
The older brothers had been in and out of trouble, as long as any could remember. They were lazy, prone to crimes, and were nothing more then welfare sponges.
Over their objections, I hired the young man; because I knew he had a drive - a desire to make something of himself.
He was the hardest worker that I ever had.
I left the company, many years ago; but I often wonder what happened in his life and I always wish him well.

Now, as to my reason for posting this; it's because people are people and can't be judged by the actions of those around them.
Some people just have an inborn desire to be something better, then where they are now.

I have no idea where you got the idea that I think that from. Talk about pulling shit out of your ass. In fact I wrote yesterday or this weekend on here as a response to someone that the black community is very entrepreneurial because they were forced to be.

i would really to like to be there the times desh has had to kick people out for not paying. maybe she has kicked whole families out in the past and sent them to the streets. bet you have to be a hardcore sociopath to do something like that.
