If we assume just 30 actual hits, then that averages out to 3.75 rounds per officer. That would indicate most of them fired just 3 rounds which is normal training practice for most police. That is, they are trained to fire in 2 or 3 round bursts from their service weapon, then stop for a moment to assess the situation before doing another 2 or 3 rounds if necessary.

It's not just the number fired, but when. If a Neo-Nazi thug attempted to shoot up a Fourth of July gathering, it's okay to shoot the asshole in self-defense. It's not self-defense to shoot them when they are down much less walk up and give them a coup de grace.

Forensics can tell the entry direction. Body cams from different angles can link up times and Walker's position. They'll figure it out just like the FBI will eventually track down every terrorist who participated in the coup attempt even if only to their graves. Regardless if they were inside and outside the magnetometers. :thup:
