Flood the tunnels with sea water

Could also dump gasoline in any tunnels found along with something like a few old tires, light it, cap that entrance, and then watch for smoke eminating from elsewhere.

Water is also an option. A few massive pumps taking water from the med may not totally fill the tunnels but certainly would make things difficult for those below. Not to mention pumping the exhaust from any engines into the tunnels. Carbon monoxide may not go down but CO2 certainly does and you can't breathe that either.

What it amounts to is Israel is going to have to occupy Gaza city at least until they are certain the tunnels are no more.
