You seem to keep forgetting that the governor decided the people of flint needed to have their rights taken away and took charge of the city
 
the decision to go to river water was doable.


the water needed to be treated in that case.


WHO is the person who said " don't treat the water"?
 
there is no way in hell that father of little kids would make fun of children being fed contaminated water that would result in death or permanent brain damage.

The emergency manager was in charge you fucking moron. You think the governor was running ONE city? rather than running the state?
