Who supported/supports a federal law to ban burning the American Flag?
 
I thought it was the proper way to dispose of the old ones you have flying around your house.

I did not and do not support it. It is freedom of speech.

depends whose property the flag is and on whose property it is being burnt - not all flag burning is improper

ps i think the pledge of allegiance is a fascist device

pps from wiki - An allegiance is a duty of fidelity said to be owed by a subject or a citizen to his/her state or monarch. - not their flag but the state in our case
