There really isn't much that can be done, except banning guns and that has it's own (unConstitutional problems).

The problem is gun violence is part of the American psyche, and that it the only thing that will change anything.

I think it’s time to consider armed security guards at schools. If the shooters know they will be confronted it will discourage them.
