This is the darkest time in the US of my life. I can't even imagine a solution. It feels utterly hopeless. And day by day, as we head into the next fall and winter and sunlight becomes shorter, things get worse.

No doubt for 25 year olds and younger it is. 9/11 was worse and the Sixties were waaaaay worse than both 9/11 and 1/6 put together.

We'll be fine. Buy more popcorn, your favorite beverage (I like Hawaiian Punch Fruit Juicy Red cut with water and ice) and sit back to watch the show. I expect this will last all the way to President Harris's election in 2024. Most of the trials and plea deals will be done by then. The 2022 Midterms will prove America is back on track even if not fully recovered.

obviously takeaways 1-4 show that 5 is a lie.......the investigation itself is heavily vested in politics......

Good question. It depends on what has been gleaned from the dozen or so militia leaders and members arrested. The Qless and other idiots won't know anything more than anyone else. The people who planned this will know who was supporting them.

Personally, I think the militias are going to be Trump's undoing. He got into bed with a bunch of malcontent Soldier of Fortune wannabes and then he fucked them all over. Some of those assholes will be going to prison for life at ADX Florence. Others to follow when they start giving each other up for reduced sentences.

That said, I think a few of those militia members will seek to avenge themselves by drawing blood from Trump. They probably can't reach Trump because of government security, but whoever was the go-between is probably dead meat

The investigation is heavily vested in Americans knowing the truth about 1//6. Thank goodness for people like Nancy Pelosi who lives up to her oath in defending the COTUS, unlike the majority of the Repukes who don't want the American people to know Trump was behind it.
