I'll repeat, racist white men don't want Blacks educated. They have been defunding the department of education for decades. They even want to eliminate it.

Blacks belong in their jails and they will see that that happens by any means necessary. If they keep educating Blacks, we will have way more President Obama's and the racist white man cant handle that.
