so,,no answer on why the failures..I can give you one..Baltimore bills itself as "the city that reads" except it doesn't,
The schools reflect the poor quality on management of the city itself. They can't teach people to find their way out of a paper bag.

People like amadeus don't give two sh*ts about black people or others. They are useful tools for their political goals which is why the express such outrage at a troll/trash like TDAK but keep their mouth shut on a lot else

Define racial traits? Since you are going to argue black people have inherently lower intelligence it will be tough to do.

A more interesting discussion is "what are the policy implications in dealing with underperforming schools. It appears to the OP idiot, it is a foregone conclusion that "they are a waste of money and we should abandon the idea of educating these inferior beasts." If you believe that the burden is greater in educating black people then you should be for putting more resources into solving the problem, not fewer. Again, the problem transcends any assessment of the innate intelligence of racial groups. Poverty, value in education, positive role models in and out of home, healthcare, crime, blight, degree of learned helplessness/motivation, nutrition etc are better indicators of performance outcomes in school.

Well...in 5 Baltimore schools not one student from any race can read well enough to pass the state standard requirement. Where do we place blame? Did the parents not know their children couldn't read?

And I gave an example of racial traits. Are blacks better athletes than whites?

If that's true, I'm sure some blame lies with the parents. Possible a goodly portion. But the mission of the school is to educate. A completely failed mission can't be apologized for when they have sole custody of the children for 6-8 hour every day 3/4th of the year.

The mission of the parents is to educate. The parents trust the school to assist in that education. You don't have a racial problem, you have a problem with your black subculture.

I'm no expert, but I don't fear offending anyone by talking about that subject. I do fear offending people by dignifying in any way a thesis regarding innate intelligence of the races. Im going to need a safe space for that. It's pretty ugly. I wont be a part of it besides saying it's pure racist tripe.

Conservatives like to pick out examples and use them to make broad, sweeping generalizations about huge swaths of people. Meanwhile, Obama is a mental colossal compared to Trump.
