may 17 2017 BALTIMORE (WBFF) -- A Project Baltimore investigation has found five Baltimore City high schools and one middle school do not have a single student proficient in the state tested subjects of math and English.

The schools are:
Booker T. Washington Middle School
Frederick Douglass High School
Achievement Academy at Harbor City
New Era Academy
Excel Academy at Francis M. Wood High
New Hope Academy

High school students are tested by the state in math and English. Their scores place them in one of five categories – a four or five is considered proficient and one through three are not. At Frederick Douglass, 185 students took the state math test last year and 89 percent fell into the lowest level. Just one student approached expectations and scored a three.

Baltimore is a city run by liberal progressive socialist pig democrats. Baltimore spends more per student than any city other than New York.

This is not the fault of the kids. It's the fault of the liberal socialist democrat piggys, and their failed PC racist ideology.

Actually it is not the kids fault. It is the fault of the democrat party and union run public schools. My heart breaks for these kids who are crippled for life now.

Please allow me to answer for our board liberals

1) it's Trumps fault
2) its bush's fault
3) its ILAs fault
4) we don't spend enough on education.

Baltimore is FUBAR. It's a wasteland. Industry has fled, brownfields are the norm.

It's soo bad the Baltimore Orioles don't even come close to selling out. People are terrified of driving downtown
even with a charm like the Inner Harbor.

They should put a sign on I-83 south and Beltway exits: "Abandon all hope ye who enter here"
 
Baltimore is utterly and completly fucked up beyond all reality and reasoning.

It exists as the Mid-Atlantic dumping ground for regional poverty. It's too bad.
It was once a viable community with a proud history..now it's just garbage
 
No matter how hard we try and how much money we spend, most blacks can never learn how to simply read. Forget about teaching them useful subjects like math and physics.
 
It's the parents' fault, just like everywhere else in the country. You can implement whatever philosophy, and whatever size of budget you can acquire, but it is all a moot point until our nation's parenting improves.

I grew up with many well educated and economically successful black people. His statements that blacks have IQ's of 75 and below, can't read and can't do math and physics is trash. He's trash.

Yes, but I would like to know, can racial traits be discussed in an openly sociable manner, or only those that hold blacks in a favorable light? ARE blacks better athletes, for example? I'm sure there are many exceptional white athletes, as well.

These results do not bode well for somebody.
 
I'm still waiting for the conservatives in this thread to denounce the topic post and the poster. But that won't happen. Trump has provided a safe space for racists, as stated in his campaign strategy.
 
If anything in that racist OP is true it sounds like they are simply warehousing the kids instead of teaching them. It's ridiculous to say because some schools predominantly black are failing the blacks at large are not smart when we know elsewhere they succeed bigly.

He claimed blacks can't read. The poster is trash. I'm not arguing which racial group is better at certain things. That's not the topic.
