Fisherwoman catches world record 64 STONE tuna (worth $2.02m or 3162 tins)

Game and fish is considered to be the property of the people, I think. No selling of either is allowed even in that land of liberalism, Oklahoma. I regularly donate around 100 - 200 pounds of venison either directly to poor folks I know or through the Hunters Against Hunger program. But a tuna that size? Wow...
 
Hmmm, I think it'd make more sense to place a quota, and allow each individual allowed catch to be auctioned off and traded at will, rather than limit things to an individual fishery. Limited entry is just a ripe tool for corruption.

Yes, it sucks for all those excluded, but I didn't make the rules.
