I saved a ton of money under the Bush tax cuts.......I don't recall, were any previous tax holidays made contingent on using the money to build factories that created American jobs?......

But he can't stop talking about what he "supposedly" has, despite the "risk" to his safety. Not to mention that he's now saying the documents weren't aimed at damaging Hillary.
