For years now, it is accepted and known that the vaccine does NOT prevent transmission. It's not some big revelation.

I don't buy the conspiracies. They aren't logical - if there was a gov't effort to mislead the public, it would not be secret for long, and would be an epic scandal.

I think the scientific community did the best they could. It's amazing to me that the expectation is that they fully understand a new virus & what the best defense should be immediately. Do people really think that?

It's no different than people who get flu shots and still catch the flu; the effects are lessen if infected. People over 65 or other health compromising factors benefit from the vaccine. I've had COVID twice (maybe three times unvaccinated) and I will get my booster when it comes out. Same for all my other vaccines; annual flu and, when time requires, pneumonia, tetanus, etc.

You, OTOH, should never get any vaccines. Never take any medicine prescribed to you. Just keep smoking pure, clean Crystal Meth to prevent the FBI nanobots from tracking your location.

Real doctors know the same thing applies to annual flu viruses which is why a new flu vaccine is made available every year.

IIRC, the three most common variants are used in the vaccine but it's not a guarantee.
