SF, a person who is protesting against health care coverage who is injured and then has to beg for donations to pay his medical expenses because he has no health care insurance, is a stooge. It doesn't matter what color or gender.

If you want to incapacitate someone, hit them directly in the nose .. which will push the bone in the nose back into the tear ducts, watering their eyes, effectively blinding them momentarily. Backfist works perfectly for such an attack.

If you are going to hit the body, hit them in the celiac (solar) plexus, a complex system of nerves located in the abdomen.

If you are going to hit the body, hit the rib cage area where there is little protection from muscle and fat, not the in the gut. You can hit some people in the gut all day and it won't budge them.

If you are serious about stopping them, hit them in the Adam's apple.

Game over.

Not particularly. One is on the rib cage, the other is in the gut. I prefer pressure points, I'd go for the upper left or right of the rib cage under the arm where there is almost no muscle at all to protect it as well as a nerve convergence that will increase the effectiveness of my strike.
