You asked asked why would one threatened a FEMA worker and I showed you why, because those offering the threats believes their, your, Messiah, and view FEMA/Biden/Harris are not there to help them but to endanger them

First of all I have no need of FEMA personally. But knowing the propensity of Harris and Biden to try and make political hay out of disaster I wouldn't want to cooperate. It was boyfriend Obama bin lade s buddy that said never let a crisis to to waste. Plus plenty of people report fema prevented help from private citizens and groups.
