So trump claims. Why would they have it delivered to them in particular? Seriously, there is so much of chemicals like this delivered to Mexico, why not skim a little off the top? Why get a huge amount delivered to the cartel, and then try to sell most of it to someone else?

Is the sea also guilty of delivering water to the "Sinaloa Cartel"? Do we have to confiscate all the seas in the world?
