ya but I suspect you are lying about what happens as you KNOW the truth cannot help your argument. Provide video of anyone shouting to 'kill ice' in that area as i have not heard that yet in any of them.

With Ashley there was an active mob, who went well beyond protest an into violent attacks on cops, and smashing their way into the Capital while calling for violence on MIke Pence, Nancy Pelosi and other Congress people.

Ashley had left the protest (outside, not attacking cops or entering Congress) and had joined the mob on the HUNT.

That in no way compares to the history of protest in the US where citizens take to the streets to protest what they see as govt over reacch.

Your attempt to equate them and lie to do so shows you know you have nothing.

That's was the ultimate goal of the whole thing, and it built up from election day until Jan 6th.

I never said that an information wouldn’t have to be defended. I said that that’s what it took to charge somebody.

So? If this shooting in Minneapolis is deemed justified and legal, you'll still say it was illegal and murder, just as I say the Byrd shooting of Babbitt was. But at least in the case of Byrd there's more justification making it an illegal shooting than there ever will be in the shooting of Pretti.
