What business is it of the judge's? What's ICE and CBP for if not to determine the legal status of someone in the US? Since when did that become a judge's job? Immigration courts are administrative, not judicial, and they normally decide that.

Exactly. It's Due Process as stated in both the Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments of the Constitution. I'm fine with flying violent criminals halfway across the Gulf of America and releasing them, but the Constitution requires due process to make sure they are really violent criminals and not just people the DOGE doesn't like.

It's overtime. The American people are tired of being ruled by a Judicial Dictatorship.
And, it's getting worse. Judges did this something like 20 or 30 times on Obama, then about 70-ish on Biden, and since Trump took office again, it's over 100 already.

The US should not be run by unelected judges and lawyers, but increasingly it is.

You don't get it. This sort of shit shouldn't be happening regardless of WHO is president or what party they're in. The courts should be the absolute last resort, not the first. Increasingly, the courts are the first resort when some party doesn't get their way. The result is that increasingly, the US is being ruled, and law being made, by unelected judges and lawyers probably two groups of the most unqualified persons to be doing so there are.

Maybe you should try reading the fucking thing. Judges don't have unlimited power, and are not the final arbitrators on much of anything according to the Constitution. If they were to rule against a law, it gets sent back to Congress and Congress can make another try at it. On the other hand, they can't make up new laws whatsoever. Yet, that's exactly what they're fucking doing!

This judge in this deportation case is proclaiming himself as having jurisdiction over something he has ZERO fucking jurisdiction over. You have lowly, single, district judges now making national proclamations, and in effect, laws for the entire United States. That is so fucking unconstitutional it hurts. These judges are wrecking the nation, and it isn't about Democrat or Republican, they do it to both.
 
On top of the federal judge that is demanding a stop to deportation of cartel members, gangsters, and terrorists, now another radical Leftist judge in Baltimore is demanding Trump rehire, restaff, and start all functions of USAID back up claiming his actions were "unconstitutional"--without citation to anything in the constitution of course...
