Federal judge rules on new Arizona voting laws requiring proof of citizenship

I have registered voters.
Making up shit about yourself doesn't work, Sock.
When they register, they have to show proof of citizenship and ID.
I already told you this, and you disagreed with it, Sock. Make up your mind, small as it is.
ID can be a problem for older voters and non drivers.
Not a problem, Sock.
When I needed a new birth certificate to get a passport it was a big deal.
Doesn't have to be. You MADE it a 'big deal'.
The hospital where I was born closed and merged with others over time.
Irrelevant.
The records were paperwork, not moved to a computer by then.
The records are still paper, Sock.
It took me a few visits and time to obtain.
I don't believe you. You make too much shit up, Sock.

Wow the point went right over your head. It’s sublime. You cannot require someone to purchase a passport to vote. Unless you can find some other way for someone to establish UNITED STATES CITIZENSHIP you cannot require that proof. Get it or do I have to draw you a little picture?

Non citizens cannot vote. It is a felony.

Who's bitching about passports? Every American citizen has a SS#

Why would they care? Their breaking federal law being here.

If their visa was running out, why not renew it? If they're here after it runs out, they're breaking the law. Period.

Their visas were not running out. They were here legally with their parents. They just registered to vote which they should not have done. They did not vote. But, it does show how easy it is for non-citizens to register.

Texas periodically tries to expunge non-citizens from the voter rolls but usually end up having to put most of them back because the state mistakenly identified many citizens as non-citizens. It was mostly for naturalized citizens.

It depends on the state. I know in Minnesota you can register same day without proof of US citizenship, but you must establish state citizenship. I know that in Florida you are automatically registered when you get or renew your license, there is no requirement to prove US citizenship. Proving US citizenship is problematic and the burden imposed is certainly a barrier to voting that is barred by the 15th amendment and the Voting Rights Act.

If they fraudulently registered to vote, remove them permanently from the country.

If true, no wonder this country is getting so fucked up.

So you don't think they should pay taxes on the money they make? I'll bet they'd appreciate your position. There are hundreds of thousands of non-citizens who are working in this country..... LEGALLY. Damn son, you need to learn something.

Those are my opinions. Things I'd change if given the opportunity.
Just like you stripping my 2nd. Amendment rights.

ROTFLMFAO!!!! Dude, you have no fucking clue what you're talking about. You need a remedial class on immigration policy, work visas, etc. Your ideas are just plain fucking stupid. There is no polite way of saying this. You are completely clueless. Do you have any idea at all what would happen if you kicked out all of the IT workers in this country who are not citizens? Goddamn it son, try to learn something before you come here and post this stupid shit.

Texas law does not even make it a crime to register if they do not vote. They just remove the person from the voter rolls. Even if a non-citizen votes, they have to prove the person intentionally committed an illegal act.

One woman had been convicted and served all her time and parole. However, she had not paid all her fees for parole and therefore voted illegally but the law was unclear about what was required.

The registration should be expunged and these criminals should be tried and imprisoned for the felony, THEN deported after they have served their time. In addition, any accessory to this felony (such as Flash), should also be punished as an accessory to the felony, which itself may be a felony in Texas, punishable by up to 3 years in prison.

You need to stay on topic. The discussion is about illegal immigration, not non-citizens working.

They can't, though they try. It is not possible to destroy the right of self defense. That right, after all, does not come from a piece of paper.
