Generation Z is using marijuana later, and besides is politically unimportant. Half of them are under the voting age, and the other half are not heavy voters.
Exactly. Starting with the Boomers, every generation has been somewhat for decriminalization. There are barely anyone older than the Boomers left, so decriminalizing is happening.
