Federal courts write STATE law extending florida voter registration!!!

This is insane. If a change is needed it should be made by the state legislature not judges and certainly not federal judges.

Any state run by democrats is suspect. I received a post card in the mail the other day from the state house requesting that I register....along with my wife and sons. The problem is I have been registered for decades....the same for my wife....one son lives in another state....the other is a teen not yet allowed to vote by law. But....I was requested to register all the above...ONLINE...and vote...all at one time. No ID was not required....not so much as a valid drivers lic. or SS number.

Yep....its RACISM...to check the age...current address...and stop one address from voting for 4 people, one that's living in another state and registered to vote there, the other not yet legal.....early and often in more than one state...and on line....while remaining anonymous behind a keyboard. I see a great many flaws with this new Democrat voting law. Yep....no Alinsky fraud going on here folks.

Somehow....without permission this State was granted access to my private military records...and assumed that things had remained static for decades.

actually, since "Democrat" is not a protected group it would not be a civil rights violation to "suppress" their right to vote.........in truth, the only "suppression" Floroda engaged in was to remove from their rolls, people who no longer lived at the address they had registered at. People who have died and people who have moved, likewise, are not groups protected by the civil rights act.......would you care to find a different argument or simply crawl into the woodwork as usual?.....

Suppression of ANYONE'S right to vote is a civil rights violation. But the South has systematically tried to suppress the black vote. They ARE a protected group.

I know, I know. You poor fucking RW slobs and those damn "activist judges"! The mantra of a loser, awipe.

I know, I know; you're a clueless retard on steroids and cannot possibly begin to comprehend the OBVIOUS. Moron.

uh no.....only violations of the Civil Rights Act would be civil rights violations......suppressing the right to vote of all people, in this instance dead people, might very well violate a number of federal statutes and would certainly be a violation of the constitution, but it wouldn't be a civil rights violation.......

But the South has systematically tried to suppress the black vote. They ARE a protected group.
an action which suppresses the votes of whites and blacks equally is not the suppression of the rights of that protected group........obviously........
