FEC's docs concerning the NY Post's laptop story and the hacked materials policy

I was just pointing out to you the absurdity of the FEC decision. They obviously couldn't have seen the evidence and produced a report since it was just released last evening. Your posting it like it was significant was amusing though. Thanks

The "Twitter Files" literally is just a rebooted story that has already been reported over and over in 2019-2020.

Twitter states that it (1) blocked users from sharing links to and posting certain information from the New York Post articles relating to hacked and personal information

As relevant here, Twitter’s policies include the following:
10 Distribution of Hacked Materials Policy. Prohibits users from
11 distributing hacked materials, including by posting hacked content directly
12 or by linking to hacked content hosted on other websites, but provides that
13 users “can discuss a hack that has taken place.”

The agency also found no evidence that Twitter coordinated its response with the Biden campaign. Twitter’s head of U.S. public policy Lauren Culbertson said in a sworn declaration that she did not know of any contact with the campaign prior to the decisions.

Poor Dr. InExcessivePain. His gastrointestinal pains must be enormous. Perhaps some horse paste and ExLax will help? :dunno:
Remember when 'in kind' contributions didn't matter when it was Wikileaks contributing to trump?

What happened?
