Retard exactly how do you think COVID19 made to the US? Chinese people spread it to the US. Do you think people in China Town might have Chinese family and friends traveling to the US to visit them? Do you think people selling Chinese products in China Town might go to China or have sales persons from China calling on them. Maybe Chinese people traveling to San Francisco might get a craving for home cooking and go to China town to eat. China Town in NYC was a hot spot it stands to reason that China Town in San Francisco would be a prime spot for the virus to spread.

The majority of what we are discussing right now is how our leadership in this country has responded. I understand it starts at the top with the President but the Speaker of the House also represents national leadership. So from that perspective my question is why was she encouraging people to go out and about and be around others? It doesn't matter that's its Chinatown, it could be any area or neighborhood in the City. Wouldn't real leadership have said stay in inside? Don't go out? Isn't that the whole premise here?
