FBI willing to allow all House Oversight Committee members to view Biden doc alleging criminal scheme: source


The FBI is willing to allow all members of the House Oversight Committee to view the subpoenaed document that alleges President Biden was involved in a criminal bribery scheme, a source familiar told Fox News Digital.

The source familiar said all members of the panel would be able to view the document in question — an FBI-generated 1023 form — in a secure location. It is unclear whether the secure location would be in a SCIF (sensitive compartmented information facility) on Capitol Hill or at the FBI's headquarters.

Fox News confirmed that House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer, R-Ky., accepted the FBI's offer late Wednesday and canceled the committee's planned Thursday vote to hold FBI Director Christopher Wray in contempt. He will now allow all members of the committee to review the record and receive a briefing. Additionally, the FBI is making two additional documents referenced in the FD-1023 available for Comer and Ranking Member Jamie Raskin, D-Md., to review.


"After weeks of refusing to even admit the FD-1023 record exists, the FBI has caved and is now allowing all members of the Oversight and Accountability Committee to review this unclassified record that memorializes a confidential human source’s conversations with a foreign national who claimed to have bribed then-Vice President Joe Biden," Comer said in a statement following the decision. ...............

I TOLD YOU SO Wray has caved and now the whole committee will view the 1023. Remember that this information is coming from a source that the FBI has used and trusted for years. The FBI has paid this person over 200K for his valuable information. He names names and amounts of people who bribed Joe Biden for policy actions. THIS IS BIG. I predict this will eventually lead to Joe Biden's impeachment. You heard it here first. I was right about Wray eventually showing the document to the committee and I will be right about Joe's impeachment too.

I suspect the name of the informant but not much else. Comer has already seen the underacted and the redacted form. I don't think he would let Wray off if it is very heavily redacted. It is not classified so there is ZERO reason to heavily redact it.
 
It's a crapload of nothing. An unsubstantiated allegation from an unknown source. It won't stop the traitorous magas like Comer from hyping it as much as possible to try to hurt Biden. This is all Benghazi redux.

The FBI knows and trusts the source because they have paid him 200K for his information. He says a Ukrainian business man paid Biden $5 million for a policy decision. Remind me did Biden ever brag about making a policy decision in Ukraine?

There is a trusted, often used whistle blower, who has the guts to stand and swear that he has documents showing a five million dollar bribe to the then VP...Biden.

Let the chips fall where they may but no more stalling and slow walking by the FBI director who works for us, not Biden as he obviously believes.

Yep, because the only ones falling for it are the base voters. They aren't even pretending. They are bereft of actual ideas, so they go with this bullshit. But independent voters aren't buying. Have you heard ONE Repiublican candidate talk about an economic plan? An immigration policy? Nope. Because that's not the red meat they need to feed to their base to turn them out. But you get a good boogeyman they'll head to the ballot box. But there are simply not enough of them to make a difference any longer.

An often USED whistleblower? Whistleblowers are not USED. They come forward to blow the whistle on illegal or unethical activity. They usually get one chance to do that. I know of no whistleblower that has OFTEN come forward.
I am curious what department this whiste blower supposedly worked for and how they came to possess this document. Did they steal it?
