The investigation centers on New York City, where the Clinton Foundation has its main offices, according to the former official who has direct knowledge of the activities.

Prosecutorial support will come from various U.S. Attorneys Offices — a major departure from other centralized FBI investigations.

Even if she is elected and the Republicans retain a senate and house majority they need to demand a special prosecutor and for Lynch to recuse herself because we all know she will be keeping her AG position as the bribe she was promised, if she does not then they need to shut down government and stick to their guns until they do.
