yes they did. Investigations have to start somewhere, and they used it as a template. If that was as far as they got-
it would have stayed a preliminary inquiry.

But from all we know this is an INVESTIGATION going on for a year, despite DoJ obstructing grand juries, etc.
Now they are doing re-interviews.
Looks like a real investigation to me.

Nobody said that book was the evidence you're making stuff up as you go along, the evidence to indict is based on an ongoing year long investigation into the Clinton Foundation pay for play.
