You really are a history ignoramus! It was nothing more than an effort to placate the anti-Federalists in marginal states to ensure ratification of the Constitution. In Madison's case, it was pandering to his district in order to get elected in a state controlled by his adversary, Hancock. Nothing sent from on high from your Creator, idiot.

so you're saying that the words of the Bill of Rights have no actual relevance, because it was Madison pandering to his district? even though all 13 colonies ratified it??????? Is THAT what you're trying to say?
