Again....its not the information.....its the lies and duplicity, the arrogant deceit that is a felony, its the fact that "ANY" information has reached the "public domain" from a server that was testified to be safe and secure....its the fact of there being any e-mails, regardless of the subject matter, proving that she did not release "ALL" that had been stored on THE PEOPLE'S private server. That information did not and does not belong to the Clinton's... to do with as she sees fit...it belongs to the PEOPLE she was tasked to SERVE. Its her own stupidity that is being tried in the court of public opinion....only a Clinton could think that she could get away with keeping two sets of books, one above board the other a ledger of her criminal activity....ON THE SAME DAMN SERVER.

Repeating the same circular argument ad nauseam does not make the lack of logic or reason magically disappear. TRUTH is all that matters...something the Clinton or Clinton apologist enablers can't seem to grasp. :palm: Truth might not matter to an immoral democrat, but....to the majority of THE PEOPLE, its all that does matter.

And the problem with this election cycle? There is no candidate standing on the high moral ground in order to contrast the corruption....BOTH are the example of greed and corruption, both have been empowered not by the will of the people but by the duplicitous actions of the MEDIA that has promoted both at one time or another. This is the end result when SHEEP blindly follow the carrot dangled in front of their noses.

There's rumor of an internal rebellion at the FBI because Comey obeyed the Poobahs in July. Comey may have found himself between a rock and a hard place.

It would explain the timing of it. Little else makes much sense. If there's nothing substantive in them, you wait till after the election. On the other hand, maybe there's a smoking gun in them.

In either event, it's a classic October surprise that could very well affect the outcome of the election.

Rumors aside...Isn't Comey's only apparent issue the fact that he made the comment re. his opinion of what any prosecutor would do? He delivered the evidence, and DOJ made their decision.

If Comey made this public due to some internal strife, that really makes the entire FBI look very bad.

His opinion as what? An investigator. It's not his role to bring charges. That's up to the AG or a grand jury. Since the AG is a political appointee Comey's evidence *he gathered as an investigator* should have been sent before a grand jury.

Comey is neither an idiot or incompetent. That leaves corrupt. He knew his 'role' was to castigate Hillary but stop short of recommending an indictment.

The whole thing with Bill Clinton meeting Lynch on the tarmac reeked of corruption. In fact, were it not the fact this election cycle was flooded with so many faux sex obsessed controversies, the whole rancid affair would have been the biggest story of the year.

Ironically, it may be by the time it's all said and done.

Yes...his opinion that no reasonable prosecutor would bring charges. Many felt he overstepped.

Sex sells. If not for the sexual predator status, we'd be hearing A LOT more about Trump paying $25k to keep Fla. AG from bringing a case against Trump for his bogus Trump U.

If Comey is corrupt in your opinion, then why do you give any credence to his latest political move?

She has never been cleared Comey had to use the exact synonyms of "extreme carelessness," for "gross negligence," so he didn't have to prosecute. Don't worry though Hillary won't be alone on the stockade Obama and Lynch will be joining her.
