but there is such thing as prosecutor misconduct,
such as, in this case may result from providing false evidence to the judge requesting the search Warrant.

not saying that is what happened here, but there better be some there there if they don't find what they were hoping to find.
Remember if this witch hunt is after all after Trump, not only does he have the will to fight back in court but he has a 5-4 majority at the supreme level.

Mueller is fishing, but he is probably being cagy about it, he has the best at his disposal also.
this could come down to a whos got the bigger dog fight, and Mueller loses that one

That's silly. You can't know what you don't know. In your estimation a lot of nothing has been leaked. That says nothing about the quantity or substantive relevance of whatever may not have been leaked.

Safe assumption number 1) there are people in the IC who want to take Trump down.

Safe assumption number 2) these same people have access to whatever it would take to get Trump indicted for something.

Most plausible conclusion: the smoking gun doesn't exist or it would be out by now.
