So who would that be, Elizabeth Warren?
Of course it's not going to happen. She's running for President. If you're being investigated by the FBI people aren't going to let that go.
""On April 23, 2015, Petraeus pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge of mishandling classified materials. He was given a two-year probationary period and a fine of $100,000""
I copied the above from Wikipedia. I seriously doubt Hillary and her team are going to want to get into a debate about how her actions compared to Petraeus considering his outcome. (that obviously doesn't mean we can't do it here)
I'm just as partisan as the person so I no different or better than anybody else but this is a classic partisan case where you have no problem posting tons of negative things about Trump but get very defensive when it comes to Hillary. Again, all of us who engage in partisan politics do this myself included.

I'd be defensive about any woman politician in this situation because I think all of them get more scrutiny and criticism than the male pols.
What about his mistress, did she cop a plea as well?
She hasn't picked anyone yet. I'd love for it to be Warren.
General Betrayus may lose his con cheerleaders now that he started a gun control organization.![]()

Let's hold Betrayus to the same standard we're holding Hillary to.
You must be crazy! When have we ever had a Presidential and vice Presidential candidate on the same ticket who were of the same sex?
538 has an article out about the much higher number of black people today who think OJ is guilty compared to 1995 when the verdict came out. They give several reasons for it but one of the main ones is many black people at the time were just happy a black man beat the system and the cops were shown up.
Maybe that's similar here where women who want to see a woman in power will overlook things that would get someone else in trouble for the sake of breaking the glass ceiling.
First, Hillary doesn't have a government job to lose.

I was reading something the other day where one of his legal team said he will confess before too long.
She admitted setting up a private server. She is under investigation for that whole debacle. There hasn't been any resolution yet. Why is that so hard for you Trump hacks to understand?
Again I'm saying Hillary was 100% wrong in using the private server and everything that went with it. However, the only places I've seen where she "refused to cooperate" were right-wing sites.
My argument revolves around the point that there were no congressional investigations and little taxpayer money spent investigating Petraeus for leaking classified info to his mistress
could that be because he didn't lie and say he didn't do it?.......
Petraeus is a real peach. Cheated on both his wife and mistress with a third woman.
"In "Collateral Damage: Petraeus/Power/Politics and the Abuse of Privacy," which [Jill] Kelley self-published, the former "honorary ambassador" of CENTCOM finally explains what the fuss was all about: The allegation by Broadwell that Kelley intimately fondled Petraeus under the table at that restaurant on Easter weekend four years ago. It would all seem so silly and inconsequential if the personal drama hadn't been so incredibly consequential. Kelley denies it all, and begins the book with a lengthy insistence that she has always been faithful to her husband and has never "acted inappropriately."
But she also suggests in her book that Petraeus told the FBI that the fondling did indeed take place. A source familiar with the law enforcement investigation confirms that Petraeus did tell the FBI that inappropriate and intimate fondling took place -- and that it was mutual for both Petraeus and Kelley."
