Trump was DENYING he had anything. There was no negotiations being had and in fact he had one of his lawyers sign a sworn statement they had NOTHING.

Making shit up doesn't make it true. Trump was not negotiating. Trump was hiding stuff from his own attorneys.

Trump is not under indictment. The stuff that is in question was under negotiation. Something other Presidents like Obama and Clinton had done. Clinton took them to court over his tapes and he won.

Trump was indicted. The indictment doesn't disappear from history because the prosecution was dropped.
