They had probable cause. Trump stole a truckload of classified documents and refused to return them. He should be in jail now.

Previous Presidents have been allowed the chance to negotiate what should have been returned. For example Obama and Clinton. They didn't prosecute Biden even though some of the classified files were taken when he was a Senator the rest was when he was VP. There are ZERO reasons Biden should have had any classified files from his days as a Senator.

The argument that the FBI doubted probable cause is what is stupid. The warrant has to show probable cause to be valid and for a judge to sign it. Not only did a judge sign the warrant but Trump was not able to get the warrant thrown out for not having probable cause. If there was not probable cause why didn't Judge Aileen Cannon throw out all the evidence from the search? Are you accusing her of being a trump hating deformed monkey in a black robe?

(2) He lied and said he had none.

(3) Probable cause was documented.

(4) The Judge signed the warrant.

(5) The FBI executed the warrant.

(6) Trump continued lying like the bitch he is.

Trump was continuing to negotiate on what he had the legal right to retain. If the government disagreed the should have sued him. Obama had a prolonged back and forth. Clinton took the government to court over the contents of his sock drawer and he won. Trump would have likely won also.
