They have oversight rights, the document is unclassified and doesn't even need a SCIF to view. And finally, if all it was was "allegations with no evidence whatsoever" then Congress seeing it would have no consequences to any investigation. The Felony Contempt would be valid if such were the case.

You are correct no one has seen it, in fact, no one has even confirmed such a file exists other than Comer, from what Comer says Wray said to him, and if such exists, that it contains anything close to what Comer claims, this is all 100% via Comer
