Watch this video. You can see the white car and the SUV. The blast comes from the right side of the screen, right where your video shows the camper. You can't see the camper in this vid.. Start hitting the pause button at the .25 mark, the explosion is at .26. I kept hitting play/pause until I got it at the right moment.

It's clear that the blast originated from the left side of the RV. Notice that the car in front doesn't seem to be affected?
