Texas are wearing masks here in Houston, still, even with Abbott lifting the mandate. I was at a garden center yesterday, outside, and the majority of people had masks on. I think that explains why.

That does not explain restaurants, bars, gyms and barber shops being open without restrictions. People in Texas are polite I wear my mask not because I need it because I have been vaccinated and I believe in science. I wear my mask just because it makes others around me more comfortable. Abbott depended on Texans to do the right thing just like the people in North Dakota did. Texans believe in Freedom.

Same here in the sun shine state. I have noticed the more people who get the shots the less they are masked.
