Fatso's tax returns released

It is funny that you still take a bended knee to plant a lip lock on Trump's flabby ass even though you pay more in taxes than him, and you do not have access to the lawyers and tax code loopholes rich people use to dodge taxes.

It's pathetic and sad that anyone would defend this shit.

"Nothing he did was illegal"...oh, we'll see about that.

Carrying losses year after year after year after year while paying no taxes and enjoying his lifestyle and assets is unexplainable other than serial tax evasion. Can’t wait until his 220 million note to the russian mafia come due when he is a private citizen. They’ll take a drive to the river with lead boots.

Retired people should be exempt from income tax entirely if they make under a certain amount, in my opinion.

I think that they are, depending on their income. Mr. Owl was his mom's Power-of-Attorney person for her medical and financial stuff. Her only income was social security and a yearly check for leasing out her farm land. She owed no income taxes.

I get the distinct impression that message board deplorables are frantically checking Fox, Breitbart, et al for desperately anticipated, party-approved talking points. Because they are shooting blanks now, and are not smart enough to come up with clever talking points on their own.

Oh, they are indeed. Was just reading posts on one of the local TV station's stories on this revelation. Predictably, the cultists all say the same things. It's either 1) fake news, or 2) shows he's SO VERY SMART that he barely owes taxes.

And we wondered in 2016 how there could be so many gullible and willfully-ignorant people.

If he did nothing illegal, why then is he frantically fighting the SDNY and NYS attorney general's subpoenas for his tax and financial information? @ the cultists.

Trump railed at Amazon and other companies for paying nearly zero taxes. He said how can that be allowed? He was doing the same damn thing. This is Trump being Trump and it is ugly.

Hello Bill,

Well, he better sell off some of those properties if he owes $421 million over the next 4 years, and another $100 million on Trump Tower New York in 2022, none of which he has the cash to pay for, and the properties are not generating enough income to make the payments either.

Problem is, the properties are not worth what he thinks they are, and so nobody is going to pay the prices he would ask.

He has been trying to sell the DC Hotel, but when the only possible buyer took a look at the books they said no way.

The hotel would need to generate room prices of $800 a night, but nobody is going to pay that because similar rooms in other facilities only cost $400 a night. The only reason anybody ever stays there is to butter him up. You can't sell that.

His whole 'empire' is a pyramid scheme of loans on top of loans which cannot be repaid.

Basically, he's an atrocious business man and his whole luxurious life style is built on lies, scams, over-borrowing, tax avoidance; and spending other people's money without the ability to ever pay it back.

Hello BartenderElite,

Trump is a fraud. His whole backstory is a sham.

Now, we know why he wasn't releasing his tax returns. And it wasn't because of the endless "audit" that he claims is going on...

The thing that generated the audit was when he filed forms which resulted in him getting an IRS refund check of $72.9 million in 2010.

Hello Michael_Panetta,

So much for being a "good businessman" who "knows how to make money."

That fact that he's in the red and has declared bankruptcy numerous times while living off the government teet should be a red flag .

And he has done the same thing with the federal debt that he has done with his own debt. Run it sky high with no plan to ever pay it off.

We are left with the tab for his extravagance.

Well I can only say I am not surprised.......... I am pleased the news is coming out & I am looking forward to reading about his "experiences" w/ deutsche bank

Other presidents have had a few financial difficulties but not on this scale & not after bragging relentlessly how they are a zillionare.......

SOme of his fans may be shaken, but trump, his handlers & faux will be along to do the stirring, & in a day or two they will be right back in line :cheer: doing their little jobs for the bankrupt wouldbe king

I am just surprised you find the energy and motivation to relentlessly defend a sleazebag, failed businessman, incompetent nitwit.
defend what? a stupid -probably wrong - article about Trumps taxes, which not even the NYTimes claims is evasion? defend from what exactly?

talking points for what? just exactly what is the charge against Trump?
that he paid his taxes legally and fully? nothing to "defend" there
