Fatal shooting at Denver screening of The Dark Knight Rises

Rana doesn't have to. I already did. And I'll make it easy for you to read.

The "licensed gun dealer" just has to get his "unlicensed" employee or a buddy to sell the guns. That's what the loophole is. der...

OMG, STY couldn't have been more clear about the inventory, and forms that must be accounted for as an FFL operator...Hell, he even gave the link to the ATF to verify what he said....You really are as dumb as a box of rocks.

ok, who are you going to trust more, the ATF or the brady campaign?

The AFT follows the Brady law gun rule, but only seven states require dealers to do background checks at guns shows, they only need proof the buyer is 21 and they must keep a list of what they sell, but no background checks are one at gun shows except or in those seven states that require it. That leaves 43 states where this loophole exists. I said three earlier, but my source was older, since then, four states have put restrictions on gun sales without background checks.

They can sell the guns at gun shows and mark it off their inventory, but only seven states require they do background checks at gun shows.

ok, just so we have this straight for everyone on the board. The Brady Campaign is responsible for creating and passing all gun laws, and you believe the ATF enforces what the Brady Campaign says, right?

See what I mean?

I guess STY thinks there's videos out there from the NRA showing them breaking the law. **rollseyes**

I guess Howey approves of Bloomberg hired investigators breaking federal firearms laws by buying guns from another state for other people? That's what we call 'straw purchases'.
