Darla, if we're that incompetent with guns, why are you wanting to restrict them? One would think that you'd be praising the darwin effect on all of us worthless gun owners, since we couldn't fight anything but watermelons.

Isn't it the FFL? And only three states require dealers to do background check at gun shows.

Rana, please stop talking out of your ass. Please let me explain to you how a licensed gun dealer cannot legally sell his business guns at a gun show without background checks.

1) any FFL that purchases inventory on his license MUST retain an accurate inventory list.
2) at any time they choose, the ATF can visit said gun shop and inspect inventory and the form 4473s to verify that all inventory records are accurate.
3) if at any time these records are not accurate, the ATF can revoke the FFL, confiscate the inventory, and if criminal action can be determined, said gun dealer is in a world of shit.

So, if the so called gun dealer sells any part of his inventory at a gun show, without doing the 4473 and background check as required by law, he will get caught and punished.

The ONLY non regulated gun sales at a gun show can be done by private citizens with their privately owned weapons.

The "licensed gun dealer" just has to get his "unlicensed" employee or a buddy to sell the guns. That's what the loophole is. der...

Honestly, it's hard to generalize. I know some women would love to rise to any challenges the military threw at them. Is it a strength question? If you had a two well-built individuals, one male and one female, each weighing 165# for example, could they do the same things? Military service has been mandatory for Israeli women, it seems to work out for them. And it's been going on so long they probably don't give it a second thought.
