Fascist…

If she had just done what the government told her to do, been compliant with the federal officers. She should’ve been a good subject to American government. Then she’d still be alive.
Absolutely. As I told my son if you are stopped by the police be polite and do what they tell you to do and keep you hands where they can easily be seen. If you have a problem with them the best place to argue with them is in court.

Mrs. Good put herself in the middle of an ICE operation where she had no business to be.

If the officer tells him to suck his dick?

True and total BS. Utter nonsense. As I said, even the frickin' mayor admits to that. You just saying this holds no water at all, it is utter nonsense.
What the mayor says is irrelevant to what ACTUALLY happened. I’ve watched multiple videos and second by second breakdowns of this and there is ZERO evidence he was hit.

He even walked, not limped, immediately to her wrecked car, looked in the driver window and said “Call 9-1-1”. No injury.

Two coup de grace shots as the car was past him. That’s fucking murder pal. And no jury will ever buy your bullshit about her circling back at 90 mph.

A person who will (reluctantly) admit, when pressed that they believe the government has the right to kill you if you disobey instructions from a government agent.

Redefinition fallacy. Not the definition of a fascist.

It is YOU that condones fascism. It is YOU that is a socialist.

A police officer, federal officer, or any other law enforcement officer has the right to use deadly force if:

* A deadly weapon is attempted to be used either against the police or the public. This includes cars, guns, knives, or ANY OTHER deadly weapon.
* The individual poses a threat to others nearby.

BOTH points are satisfied. She tried to ram an officer. She was there to specifically interfere with law enforcement action. She was an immediate threat to others nearby (not just the officers).

It happened AGAIN in Portland. Yes, the officers shot and wounded the driver, who is now now in the hospital.

The ICE agents were there to arrest an illegal alien that had a record of rapes and random assaults. This is what DEMOCRATS want to defend.

DEMOCRATS started this civil war. You WILL lose!

She was in a good mood....Why not just get out of the car? She would still be alive.. Or the wife could have just reached in and turned the car off....Instead of telling her to drive baby drive.... She would still be alive....

100%, There are lots of things she could have done different, also lots of things for police officer could’ve done Differently. She could have not protested something she felt strongly about. She could have been bullied out of her rights as an American citizen. She could’ve complied with the police officers.

The Americans who attended the Boston massacre could’ve done things differently also.

There is nothing she did do that justified
shooting her in the head.
She tried to impede law enforcement. She broke the law. She was asking for it. Don’t worry. You will forget about her soon enough

I haven't found a single legal site that says ICE is allowed to stop people for traffic violations, and that's what you people are claiming. Your (pl.) original claim was that she was blocking traffic. If true, ICE didn't have to legal authority to stop her. She was only trying to leave the area and the ICE agents were blocking her path. Whether that was out of ignorance, poor training or simply anger at the watchers, I don't know.

I read the transcript on Nate the Lawyer. Not once does he refer to the rules and regulations ICE is supposed to abide by. His starting premise is that it was a justifiable shooting, and he never looked at it any other way. Apparently he thinks ICE agents have the same authority as regular trained police. This is the mistake all of you are making, conflating, for lack of a better word "real" law enforcement with ICE agents.

I'll be interested to see what arguments ICE will make when their own rules and regulations are quoted back to them in the investigation.
She gave them the authority to arrest her when she tried to obstruct ICE which was the ICE--Warriors stated purpose. She violated Federal law which they had authority to enforce. You should have watched Nate the Lawyer because the video seems to be different from your "transcript" and the video shows videos of thee shooting and offers analyses. You can't get that from a transcript.

AI Overview

Yes, it is against the law to physically obstruct or interfere with :ICE
} (Immigration and Customs Enforcement) agents
performing their duties, and doing so can lead to federal charges like obstructing a federal officer, even for U.S. citizens, though some cases have faced legal challenges. While bystanders can yell or make noise to alert others, they cannot physically block agents, get too close, refuse to move when ordered, or lie to mislead enforcement efforts, as these actions cross the line into criminal interference.

Sounds like exactly what Mrs. Good was doing.
