Spot on. All executive power is vested in the President. There is absolutely no executive power vested in the judiciary. No judge gets to exercise overriding executive power. No executive action requires the approval of any judge, much less all of them.

Trump was serious about both, but leftists like Phantasmal are totally dishonest about the message. Trump is definitely looking into acquiring Greenland for national security purposes, but only if Geenland is willing; there's no intention of invading or of coercion. Trump is definitely going to sell Canadians on joining the US, and look to Alberta and Saskatchewan to be the first provinces to secede from Canada and join the US. Then watch what we know today as Canada unravel.

We built it, and Panamá runs it right now. Panamá contracts to companies (outsources) to run concessions, services, maintenance, fueling, etc. Quite a few Chinese companies have contracts to run critical services that, if China wished to fuqk with the US or with some other country via the canal, could do so easily. Marco Rubio made this point clear and negotiated three things: 1) American military ships go to the front of the line, always, 2) American military ships don't pay any toll, and 3) Chinese companies do not get any concessions involving identified critical services.
Seems to me that if you REALLY put some effort into looking like a woman, and you keep your mouth shut and stay out of women's sports, it would be a non-issue.
