This is what we call "free speech". I know as a tRumpling yu really aren't equipped to understand it, but people are allowed to express their opinions, and if they have enough money to waste on silly billboards like that they are free to do so.
That doesn't mean "Democrats" did it.

Both Bremerton and Tacoma are not completely insane. They are, after all, still filled with people that actually honor their country.
The problem is Olympia and Seattle. They aren't the 'West Coast'.
It's a similar situation in California. Many of the people there are good people with national pride and pride in their work and families.
The problem is Sacramento, San Francisco area, and Los Angeles areas.
In other words, it's a city vs country war.
You can see it in Arizona too. It's in Phoenix the primary problems lie, not in, say, Lake Havasu. Sure. there are plenty of weirdos in Sedona, but I consider it an exception. We have exceptions like that in Washington too (primarily in Island county).
It's not the people. It's city governments allowing and in some cases even supporting the crime, the homeless, the rioting and mayhem, etc. The people have lost the election. They never really got a chance to vote in a fair election.
So you see the Seattle City Council bless things like CHAZ (until the murders started happening).
You see Sacramento dictate laws that are absolutely lludicrous, and support and encourage rioting and mayhem.
You see Portland doing the same, and Salem encouraging it.
And it's not just the West Coast.
The same thing is happening in Minneapolis, Atlanta, Dallas (thanks, Austin!), New York City, etc.
Washington DC is it's own special madness. Senator Kennedy often says so, and he's right.
Yet in each of these cities there are good people, trapped in hell.
...and they are getting quite tired of it. It won't be long before more of them lash out.

It is obvious Democrats did it. It is what Democrats have been arguing for some time now. It is Democrats that make this same argument every year.
Incidentally, there ARE laws against certain types of speech and opinion expression. The 1st amendment does not apply to the States. It only applies to the federal government.
"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances."
States can and have established laws respecting various religions, limit certain kinds of speech (such as inciting riots), and even restriction on the press...all perfectly constitutional, and those laws completely conformed with the federal and State constitutions at the time.
The 1st amendment does NOT apply to private parties, corporations, businesses, churches, clubs and other organizations. It applies ONLY to the federal government.

As RedState reported, left-wing activists are currently trying to cancel the Blue Angels, who have long performed at the annual “Seafair Torchlight Parade” in Seattle. Laughably, one woman is suing two of the squadron’s pilots because she claims the sound of their Super Hornets killed her cat. I’m not kidding, but there’s a broader movement at play, and if you are at all politically astute, you’ve likely already guessed it’s about “climate change.”
A billboard recently went up in the area, headlined with the demand to “Say No to the Blue Angels.” Below it are pictures of children clutching their ears, a dog, and a Muslim woman wearing a hijab (because, of course, there is). Beside them are the claims that the Angels are “Too Loud,” cause “War Trauma,” and create “Pollution.”

The coalition, made up of members from local climate groups as well as the radical global climate group, Extinction Rebellion, is planning to march and hold a rally on August 2 in protest of the Blue Angels airshow that weekend.

Believers in this religion think that a Magick Holy Gas is somehow able to create energy out of nothing, in violation of the 1st law of thermodynamics, which states: E(t+1) = E(t) - U where 'E' is energy, 'U' is work (or force over time), and 't' is time. Since the mere presence of a gas is not work, the equation simplifies to E(t+1) = E(t).
In other words, no gas or vapor is capable of warming the Earth.
Such believers say they aren't creating energy out of nothing by claiming that a Magick Holy Gas can somehow RETAIN energy, allowing it to arrive, but preventing it from leaving (rather like a homunculus fallacy). This, of course, violates the 2nd law of thermodynamics, which status:
e(t+1) >= e(t) for any given system (open or closed doesn't matter) where 'e' is 'entropy' (or available energy for use as work) and 't' is time. In other words, energy always dissipates or stays the same. It never self gathers together. When this is pointed out, the believer turns to how light is prevented from leaving Earth, and that light has a temperature (it doesn't!). This of course violates the Stefan-Boltzmann law, which states:
r = C * e * t^4 where 'r' is light emitted from a surface, 'C' is a natural constant (serving to convert the relation to our units of measurement), 'e' is 'emissivity' or how well a surface emits or absorbs light, and 't' is temperature in deg K.
This relation describes how, as a surface becomes warmer, more light is emitted (meaning MORE light, not less!).
When confronted with this, they inevitably return to the first argument, again violating the 1st law of thermodynamics. And 'round and 'round she goes.
One can see how silly it all is by looking at the International Space Station. This facility has sensors monitoring the outside skin temperature. The day side exposure skin temperature can reach approx 250 deg F. There is no appreciable carbon dioxide, methane, or water vapor.
Here on Earth, atmospheric temperatures at the surface never reach anywhere near this value (thankfully!). So if carbon dioxide warms the Earth, why is the temperature so much COLDER at the surface?
Like other leftist fundamentalist style religions, it doesn't have to make sense. They completely ignore the physics, the mathematics, and the logic. The Church of Global Warming directly stems from the Church of Green (which worships Gaia). That in turn stems from the Church of Karl Marx.

Let the Angles fly! I am out away from the city far enough that I can see their procedure turn as they head back foro their next amazing pass. These old jets are maintained by a great crew and flown by amazing pilots. While in Seattle, they are based at Boeing field (King County International Airport, KBFI). When not flying, they park the planes over by the Boeing Museum of Flight (a wonderful museum for those that can appreciate flight, as I do!).
I also design, build, fly, break, and repair aircraft. Among my other certifications, I am a licensed aircraft maintenance technician.
Among the gems in the Boeing Museum of Flight, is the Icarus (a pedal powered glider that actually flew!), and the car/plane used in the James Bond film 'Man with the Golden Gun'. Yes...that thing really exists and it really does fly!
If you fly into Seattle on a commercial flight, landing at SeaTac airport from the north, you will pass right over Boeing field a few seconds before touchdown.

The noise isn't that bad. I've been directly under the flight path of one of these things and it's no louder than a truck and passes by much quicker.
A cat will not be killed by any such noise. There are plenty of cats. They survive just fine, even if they might want to hide from noise. Frankly, I've had dogs that were scared of sudden noises (like fireworks). They aren't bothered by the planes. Put your pet in the house in a safe space away from the noise. Done. They usually just sleep through it.
'Airshow Climate Action Committee'. They are just part of the fundamentalist religion of the Church of Global Warming. Morons. They don't want Seafair. They hate the hydroplane races...they hate the fireworks...and they hate the Blue Angels.
