I read that ICE agents get bonuses for arresting people. If they are released, it does not matter. Even Trumpys should be able to figure out that it is a way to encourage arresting innocent people. Trump's soldiers are designed to be fast, not accurate. They often talk about reaching arrest numbers. This is not supposed to be the American system.
