I like the idea of a live draft, but I guess could deal with automated....

We had a live draft last year...

Set it up just before the Regular Season start. It becomes more competitive if people don't pick up players who they later lose to injury before the season starts.

Yeah, but several didn't make it and wound up with subpar teams, they lost interest before the season was over.
