I've read many articles from Faina Savenkova, I think she's quite good considering her age. For those who aren't familiar with her, here's a good introduction:

Alright, on to her article...

Yesterday the silence of the International Children’s Fund UNICEF, which was going to do much for the children of Donbass, but never dared to take decisive action, was broken unexpectedly. And today it made a very clear statement. UNICEF called for the removal of children’s personal data from the “Myrotvorets” (Peacemaker) website.

This is wonderful news, but as a teenager facing the brutality of the Ukrainian army and the criminal actions of Myrotvorets, and, let’s be honest, some indifference by UNICEF itself to this story, I would like to ask Ms. Catherine Russell the foundation’s director, “Madam Director, where have you been all this time? And why did you just now notice a crime that is eight years old?

Most here refuse to accept that there was a US-led coup in Ukraine in 2014 and that Ukrainian Nazis have been shelling the Donbas fo eight years.
They support the Nazis ' right ' to murder ' dissidents ' and install NATO nukes on Russia's borders.

Two or three will follow up on your post though.

For several years now, a thirteen-year-old girl from Luhansk, Faina Savenkova, has been used to deceive people in the world, who should believe that in 2014 it was not Russia that attacked Ukraine, but that Ukraine began to destroy itself.

Putin’s regime claims that the child is the youngest writer, and uses her to write letters to the UN, as well as to journalists, i.e. American TV presenter Tucker Carlson, to civil society organisations, in particular, Amnesty International. In these letters and video messages, the girl says that Ukraine is taking away children’s peaceful lives.

In 2021, the Russians showed a video with Faina at the UN. At the same time, Dmytro Polyanskyi, a representative of Russia, cynically “shed tears”, playing the children’s card in dirty Kremlin games:

Russia orchestrated another appeal of this girl to the UN on December 22, 2021, before the large-scale invasion. Propagandists were supposed to prepare a favourable information ground for a further attack on Ukraine and to justify new murders. This time, the Russians have already blamed the “Myrotvorets” website, which listed Faina as “a victim of psychological violence and Russian terrorist propaganda.”

A few weeks before the invasion, on January 31, the book by Faina Savenkova, “a young writer living in Luhansk,” was presented to Italian readers, as reported by the Russian state agency RIA Novosti. It was reported that the fantasy novel for children Those Who Stand Behind Your Shoulder was presented online. The book was written in co-authorship with Oleksandr Kontorovych. Speranza cultural association and its president Iryna Vikhoreva organised the event.”

Your source is the Ukrainian government, the same source that refuses to shut down the Myrotvorets website. Even the UN condemns the site, amoung others:

Myrotvorets or Mirotvorets (Ukrainian: Миротворець, lit. 'Peacemaker' /mɪrɔ'tvɔrɛt͡sʲ/), is a Ukrainian Kyiv-based[4] website that publishes a running list, and sometimes personal information, of people who are considered by authors of the website to be "enemies of Ukraine",[8] or, as the website itself states, "whose actions have signs of crimes against the national security of Ukraine, peace, human security, and the international law".[9] The website was launched in December 2014 by Ukrainian politician and activist Georgy Tuka.[10][11][12] The site has remained open despite repeated requests from the UN, G7 ambassadors, the EU and human rights groups to close it down, and although it has no official status, it acts to supplement government databases at checkpoints.[13]
