who fucked that up? point out the committee findings on that critical part of the investigation please.

Sounds a little like you're just trying to find stuff to distract, now.

It's pretty clear what happened on 1/6. Carlson & Fox are being ridiculed not just for their dishonest characterization of that day, but for falsely perpetuating the lies that inspired it.

the failed security is the most important aspect to drill down on to prevent it again

There is no "weaponizing" 1/6. It was one of the worst days in American history, and it was inspired by obvious lies.

I get that Republicans are embarrassed about both the day, and the lies - which is why they're trying so hard to downplay all of it.

I already know what caused it. hundreds of thousands were pissed with how election rules were changed and tens of thousands feel like outright cheating happened

but why didn't we better prepare? Why was security so pathetic that day
