There are department heads that claim they don’t even know how many were fired, plus, they fire and then rehire. It’s Felonious’ typical chaos.

In his defense, down here, "golf cart" is a term that encompasses a few different kinds of vehicles.

There's real golf carts, which are only allowed to basically cross a public street that's close to a golf course, and the so-called Low Speed Vehicle (LSV).

An LSV is allowed on public roads with a posted speed limit of 35mph or less, between sunrise and sunset. You have to be a licensed driver and the cart has to be registered and insured.
