that and it wouldn't be the first time a republican appointed a judge who they thought was conservative/moderate, only to have that judges true colors revealed.....hey, isn't that who she's going to replace?

my 43 years of life experience, my 20 years of following liberal v. conservative politics, having a daughter in college for 4 years, having a dozen friends in different colleges throughout the nation, reading stories of dozens of fellow gun owners and their issues on campus or with their kids on campus. But I suppose that's not really good enough for you.

Judge Sonia Sotomayor will be confirmed! The republicans don't have the vote's to derail her! Right now the republican party is like a turd floating in the toilet, if they try to stop Judge Sotomayor confirmation, that turd in the toilet will be flushed, by the backlash of the Hispanic community! Besides we need someone on the high court to counter nutcase's like Roberts and Alito!
