By providing evidence of a crime?

Someone in the White House, one step from Trump, was the go-between with the militias. Whoever that person is will be doing some major hard time in ADX Florence. There are several possibilities such as Bannon, Stone, Miller and Junior. Junior liked hanging with the militia types as shown by his t-shirt in the picture below so he'd be a logical guess.

The texting indicates no since he'd be providing evidence that his dad had the power to call it off. While Junior might burn Eric or Ivanka, I doubt he'd burn daddy. Those people are really fucked up.

Well, I don't know what was going through what passes for Don Jr's "mind" or what his motivation was.

I was just speculating for entertainment.

But in response to your analysis of my opinings, I will say first that Don Jr is no lawyer and so that likely wouldn't have occurred to him.

Second, not having the benefit of hindsight as we do here and now, I doubt he thought it through to that level of detail.

I'm guessing he sent the texts or tweets or twexts or whatever, out of a case of basic, scared shitless, gut level CYA instinct.

I didn't read the books. But it makes sense. Both have a deep relationship and rapport with each other. Both understood each other very well. Hannibal has been instrumental in aiding her with her FBI job.

Is that the series? Only saw part of the first season. It's been decades since I read the books but their relationship always struck me as more Father-Daughter or Master-Prodigy. Cerebral, not sexual.

Richard Dreyfuss's character in Jaws had sex with Sheriff Brody's wife in the book. It was cut from the movie as gratuitous, which it clearly was. Almost jarring.
